EVERYDAY MEAT LOAF (MICROWAVE) 
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Make into a round ring. Bake 8 to 12 minutes on high (cover with Saran Wrap or wax paper to catch grease).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
