MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped celery
Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. horseradish, if desired

Mix well and pat evenly in 9 x 5 inch glass or microwave loaf pan.

1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire

You can brush with ketchup or barbeque sauce alone. Microwave 25 to 35 minutes on medium high (roast) or until well done. Pour off liquid. Cover with foil for 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
