VEGETABLE MEAT LOAF (MICROWAVE) 
1 (10-1/2 oz.) can cond. veg. soup, undiluted
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste
4 tomato slices
1/2 c. grated process American cheese

Combine soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Shape into a oval loaf and place in an oblong baking dish. Make a slight depression in the top of the loaf. Cook covered with a piece of waxed paper on HIGH for 20 to 25 minutes, or until center of loaf is cooked. Place tomato slices and cheese on top of loaf. Let stand 4 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
