MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. minced onion
4 slices soft bread, cubed
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dried chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. catsup

Place onion, bread, and milk in bowl and set aside. Place hamburger in 4 quart dish and add remaining ingredients except catsup. Add bread mixture. Combine and put in 10 inch skillet. Bake on high power for 9 minutes. Remove and spread catsup on top. Turn skillet around and bake on high power for another 7 minutes. Cover and let stand 15-20 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
