MICROWAVE MOTHER'S MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. catsup

Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl; mix well. Pat into a 9x5 inch loaf dish. Microwave for 20-30 minutes on HIGH or until well done in the center (about 140 degrees). Pour off liquid. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 5 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
