MEAT LOAF (MICROWAVE) 
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1/4 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup (optional)

Combine all but ketchup and pack into glass ring mold or 9-inch glass pie pan (use custard cup in center to form ring). Cook 3 minutes on high. Rotate 1/4 turn and cook 3 more minutes. Pour ketchup on top and cook for 5 minutes; rotate once. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove drippings and serve. Excellent hot or cold. Makes 4 servings.

1 serving = 3 medium fat meat, 1/4 vegetable, 1/4 bread, 250 calories.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
