MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 3/4 lbs. ground beef
2 c. dry bread stuffing mix
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped

Combine soup, milk, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add beef, stuffing mix, onion, bell pepper and mix well. Shape in form of a loaf. Place in microwave safe baking dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook on high 25 to 30 minutes. Turn halfway at 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
