MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard (optional)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 sm. onion, minced (or dry minced onion)
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt, optional
1/4 tsp. pepper, optional

In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, and mustard; set aside. In large bowl mix eggs, onions, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt and pepper. Add 4 ounces of tomato sauce mixture and stir well. Put meat mixture in glass or any micro-proof ring mold or 2-quart round casserole. Pour the sauce (set aside earlier) over top of meat.

Cook uncovered on High (max power) 12 to 14 minutes. Let stand covered 5-10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
