MEAT LOAF MICROWAVE 
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, minced
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 lbs. ground beef

Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard in small bowl. Set aside. Combine egg, onion, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt, pepper in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of the tomato mixture and blend thoroughly. Shape into an oval loaf and place in an oblong baking dish, make a depression in top of loaf. Pour remaining tomato sauce over top.

Bake uncovered on roast for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is cooked. Cover and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
