MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF SPECIAL 
2 lbs. lean ground meat
2 eggs, beaten
1 can Rotel chilies & tomatoes
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 cloves garlic, pressed
Salt & pepper to taste
4 thin slices boiled ham
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 jar Ragu Italian sauce

Combine eggs, Rotel chilies and tomatoes, bread crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper with ground meat. Mix well. On waxed paper flatten into a rectangle. Arrange ham on top of meat, leaving 1 inch margin around edges. Place slice of cheese over ham slice.

Carefully roll up meat, using wax paper to lift. Seal edges and ends well. Place roll, seam side down, in glass dish. Cook in microwave on high for 7 minutes. Give dish half turn and cook 6 minutes longer. Drain off grease. Place cheese on top. Pour Ragu Italian sauce over. Microwave to melt cheese. Cover with wax paper to prevent spatter.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
