PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING 
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 can crushed pineapple with syrup
Cinnamon
1/2 - 1 c. raisins
7 slices white bread

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs; mix well. Add milk and can pineapple, syrup and all. Add dash of cinnamon to taste and raisins. Cut crust off bread and cube it. Put bread cubes in greased casserole and pour pudding mixture in. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and place casserole in a pan of water. Place pudding in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Can be served warm or cold.
