PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING | |
1/4 c. butter 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs 3 c. milk 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. raisins 1 tsp. vanilla 8 slices of bread Cream together butter, vanilla pudding and cinnamon until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Combine milk, undrained pineapple, raisins, vanilla. Blend milk mixture into creamed mixture. Add bread cubes. Pour into an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees. |
