QUICK AND EASY PINEAPPLE BREAD
PUDDING
 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1/2 cup sugar
8 slices white bread

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut bread into smaller pieces and place in bottom of a baking dish. Pour out pineapple with juice on top of the bread along with sugar. Mix all ingredients together.

Bake at 400°F for about 10 minutes or until bread becomes a medium brown.
