PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING 
1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
6 slices bread (cubed)
1 can crushed pineapple

Cream together: butter and sugar. Add eggs, bread cubes, pineapple. Put in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
