PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 med. size can crushed pineapple 5 slices bread (Pepperidge Farm is best) 4 eggs Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Add pineapple; mix well. Stir in cubed bread. Grease or spray with Pam 1 quart casserole dish. Pour mixture in dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour until browned. |
