ORIENTAL PEPPER STEAK 
Oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 lg. peppers
3 or 4 tomatoes
1 lg. onion
Accent
2 bouillon cubes
Cornstarch
2 lb. steak (I usually get sandwich steak from butcher, cut on the thick side)
Rice

Cut steak into bite size pieces, brown in a little bit of oil. cut onion and peppers and sprinkle with Accent. Boil 1 1/2 cups water, add ginger, soy sauce, sugar, bouillon cubes. Stir until cubes dissolve, add to meat, then add vegetables. Remove skin from tomatoes by setting them into boiling water, then into cold. Dice and add to pot with the meat. (If needed, add more water.) Simmer until vegetables are finished. To thicken sauce, use equal parts cornstarch and water. Serve over rice. Serves 6 to 8.
