1 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. chili sauce
Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 onion, minced
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (or to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a non-aluminum saucepan. Simmer gently for 35 minutes, partially covered, stirring occasionally. Use with beef, pork or chicken. Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
