AMERICAN CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. macaroni
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 to 3/4 tomato soup can, water
1 tsp. each chili powder, salt and pepper

Cook 1 pound macaroni. Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add ground beef and cook. Drain fat. Add 2 can tomato soup and water. Add spices, heat through and add to cooked macaroni. Serve.
