CHICKEN STIR FRY 
1 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. green peppers, cut into chunks
1/2 c. broccoli, cut into chunks
1/2 c. cabbage, cut into chunks
1/2 c. green beans
1/2 c. zucchini, cut into chunks
1 c. onions, cut into chunks
Salt
Black pepper
1/2 c. carrots, cut into chunks

In large skillet brown chicken. After chicken has been browned pour in your mushrooms, green peppers, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, green beans, zucchini, and onions. Put in salt and black pepper as desired. Let simmer on low heat for approximately 5-10 minutes.

Beef or pork may be substituted for chicken.
