2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces, skinned 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 sm. can tomato sauce 1 sm. can diced green chilies 1 tbsp. oil 1/2 tsp. cumin 1 lg. can tomatoes 2 zucchinis, sliced In large skillet brown chicken in oil 10-15 minutes. Drain, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in cumin and garlic into tomato sauce. Pour over chicken. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Uncover and cook on high 10 minutes or until chicken is done. |
