BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf white bread, cubed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
8 to 12 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. maple syrup

Line bottom of 11x13-inch greased pan with half the bread cubes. Layer cream cheese cubes on top. Arrange remaining bread cubes on top; beat together eggs, maple syrup and milk. Pour over bread and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, bake at 350°F until golden brown, about 45 minutes.

Serves 8.
