BAKED STUFFED FRENCH TOAST
VARIATION
 
6 slider (small hamburger) size rolls
6 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg, to taste
cream cheese
fresh fruit or yogurt

Slice or split rolls in half length wise and place bottom half in 9x9-inch baking dish. Beat eggs and add milk. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients and then add to egg mixture.

Layer desired amount of cream cheese and fruit or yogurt with fruit on bread. Place top half of bread over cream cheese and fruit layer and pour egg mixture over top. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or at least until bread has absorbed the egg mixture.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until done.
