MICHELLE'S THICK PORK CHOPS 
1 thick pork chop per person
2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. Contidena bread crumbs
1 lg. onion
butter

Beat together eggs and milk. Dip chops in egg mixture. Then roll in bread crumbs until chop is coated well. Place chops in 9"x13" glass pan. Place a slice of onion and square of butter on each chop. Cook, covered in glass dish 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cook one more hour, uncovered or until tender.
