BREAD & PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
3 eggs
5 slices bread, remove crusts & butter on both sides & cube

Beat eggs with fork and mix with flour, salt and pineapple. Put in casserole. Then press bread cubes down in the liquid. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Can be doubled easily. Makes an excellent side dish with ham.
