CORN PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 can of whole kernel corn
1 can of cream style corn
1/2 c. sour cream
1 box of Jiffy corn meal mix
1 stick butter

Combine all ingredients except butter in large mixing bowl. Melt one stick of butter and divide into 2 small casserole dishes. Then add mix into each dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
