IOWA CORN BAKE PUDDING | |
1 box Jiffy corn mix 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn 1 stick butter, melted 4 beaten eggs 1/2 onion, chopped Mix all together, won't need all the water from whole kernel corn. Should resemble corn bread. Bake in slow oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until light brown. Bake uncovered. |
