CORN PUDDING 
1 stick butter
2 cans cream style corn
1 pt. sour cream
2 beaten eggs
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix

Bake in 2-quart casserole dish. Melt butter in casserole dish. Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into hot casserole dish and bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until light brown. This is surprisingly easy but very good.
