CORN PUDDING 
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream (8 oz.)
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 pkg. "Jiffy" corn muffin mix
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Mix in order given. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, until center is solid. (Test after 45 minutes, total cooking time depends on size of dish.)
