CORN PUDDING 
2 cans cream style corn
1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 sm. jar pimentos
4 eggs
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mix above ingredients. Place in greased 9 x 12 inch glass dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
