KCC'S CORN PUDDING 
2 eggs
8 1/2 oz. box Jiffy cornmeal mix
4 oz. sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
1/4 stick butter

Mix all together. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased pan at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife in middle comes out clean.
