BRANDY'S FAVORITE CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken breasts, deboned & cut into 2" strips
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. butter (real butter) (Land-o-Lakes lightly salted is best)

Best if fried in electric skillet to control temperature.

Mix egg and milk together. Dip chicken breasts into batter. Mix flour, black pepper, and salt together. Roll battered breasts into flour. Heat skillet to 375 degrees. Melt 1/4 pound butter in skillet. Fry breasts until done. Add butter as needed to continue frying remaining breasts.
