CORN PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 pkg. shredded cheese (1/2 into mixture, 1/2 on top)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix ingredients as listed. Put in a casserole, top with 1/2 the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
