COOKIE CRUST:

3 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts

Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 12 minutes or brown, cool.

FILLING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese

1/2 of a 13 oz. carton of Cool Whip

Spread over cooled crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill.
