CHERRY LOAF 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. drained sour cherries

SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. butter

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add melted butter and milk. Fold in the drained cherries. Bake at 375 degrees in loaf pan for 1 hour or more. SAUCE: Boil all 3 ingredients for 1 minute. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Serve warm.
