JANE'S EGGNOG-CHERRY NUT LOAF 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 1/4. eggnog
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix egg, eggnog, and oil in separate bowl. Stir into dry ingredients, mixing well. Fold in nuts and cherries.Turn into 2 small greased loaf pans (8x4inch). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
