HAM LOAF WITH CHERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. ground uncooked smoked ham
1 lb. ground fresh pork
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. wheat flakes
1/2 c. milk

Combine and mix well. Pat into lightly greased 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pan.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Spread topping on loaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Drain on plate and serve with cherry sauce on top.

CHERRY SAUCE:

1 can "Thank You" cherry pie filling
1/4 tsp. red food coloring
Sugar to taste
