Round steak for amount of your family
1 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Cut round steak into small pieces. Roll in seasoned flour. Brown slightly. Mix all the other ingredients; pour over browned steak. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
