3 lbs. round steak
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Cut steak in serving pieces. Brown in oil. Put in baking pan. Add onions to oil and brown. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Pour over steaks. Cover. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees.
