OVEN BARBECUED BEEF 
3 to 5 lb. roast or brisket
Celery salt
Onion salt
Garlic salt
3 oz. liquid smoke

Sprinkle meat with seasonings; marinate in liquid smoke five hours or overnight.

Season with salt and pepper. Roast in 275 degree oven for five hours covered. Baste with barbecue sauce and continue cooking uncovered, for one hour longer. Serve with warm barbecue sauce. Make barbecued beef sandwiches from leftovers.
