OVEN MEATBALLS IN BARBECUE SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices bread)
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Place in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. Brown in moderate oven (375 degrees) 25-30 minutes. Serve in barbecue sauce as follows:

2 c. catsup
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. light molasses
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add meatballs. Heat through our keep warm in crockpot.
