3 lbs. round steak
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cut meat into serving pieces. Brown meat in oil over medium heat. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl; pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours.

Variation: You may slice onions and potatoes over meat; pouring ketchup mixture over them.
