SAUSAGE BREAD | |
1 loaf Bridgford bread 1 pkg. sweet Italian sausage 1 egg Grated Monterey Jack cheese Sesame seeds Thaw and raise bread according to the directions on package. Take sausage out of skin and fry it up. Then grate up cheese. Take the bread and roll it out pretty thin on a floured board. Put the sausage in the center of the dough and top with cheese. Pull both sides together and pinch dough so that it will stay closed. Brush the top and sides of bread with the beaten egg and sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Put the bread in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. |
