SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. frozen or fresh dough
1/2 lb. sweet sausage
1/4 lb. Mozzarella, grated
3 tbsp. Romano cheese
pinch of basil
1/4 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper

Brown sausage. Crumble up and drain. Knead and stretch dough on floured board (14 inch in diameter). Spread browned sausage, Mozzarella, onion, and remaining ingredients evenly on dough. Leave 1 1/2 inch of dough, uncovered, on one end. Roll like you would a jelly roll. Tuck end in and pinch seams closed. Place on greased cookie sheet in a 375 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

To serve, slice pieces approximately 1 1/2 inch slices.
