SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. pizza dough
1/2 lb. Italian sweet sausage
1/3 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/3 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
Good amount of grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh ground pepper

Remove casings from sausage, break up into small pieces and fry. Roll dough into a 12-inch circle. Spread cooked sausage over dough. Sprinkle on 3 cheeses. Season with fresh ground pepper. Roll up in jelly roll fashion so that seam is on bottom and roll is crescent shaped. Brush dough with oil or sausage drippings. Cut several slits in top. Transfer to baking sheet. Bake until golden brown at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Freezes well; reheat in foil.
