PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 loaf Bridgeford bread 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and drained 1/2 lb. thinly sliced pepperoni 1/2 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese 1 egg, beaten Brush frozen loaf bread with oil; cover with towel and let rise for 4 to 5 hours. Roll like cookie dough to size of large pizza. Brush dough with raw egg and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the dough. Layer with sausage, pepperoni, and Mozzarella cheese; roll up as thin as possible. Pinch and seal edge with beaten egg and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Or bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and freeze. Remove from freezer and finish baking for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. |
