PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed 3 hours
1 stick pepperoni, sliced (about 1/3 lb.)
1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
3 eggs
1 stick Cheddar cheese, shredded

Spread dough to fit rectangle cookie sheet. Combine 3 eggs, basil, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Place pepperoni on top of bread 3 inch wide down center. Top with egg mixture, then Cheddar cheese. Braid bread. To braid: cut dough at edges on both sides 1" apart. Then make braids. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
