PEPPERONI BREAD | |
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed 1/4 lb. thin sliced pepperoni 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese 1 beaten egg Roll dough out in same form (rectangle) to half inch thick. Layer down middle with pepperoni and cheese. Fold one side over and layer again. Fold remaining side over and pinch edges to seal. Brush loaf with beaten egg. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown. |
