SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. sausage
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese

Brown sausage. Add chopped onion and bell pepper. Defrost 3 loaves of Bridgford frozen bread. Put a piece of foil over a cookie sheet. Butter foil and press one loaf bread flat. Put 1/3 of sausage mixture down center of dough and top with 1/3 of cheese. (Repeat process with other two loaves.)

Roll up dough; pinch to seal. At this point you can roll in foil and freeze or cook it. To cook; let rise for an hour or two and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
