1 lb. ground beef 3 c. celery 1 1/2 c. onion 1 c. mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken 1/3 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. raw rice 1 can sliced water chestnuts Bamboo shoots and bean sprouts, 1 can each 1 lg. can chow mein noodles Brown meat, then add all ingredients except noodles. Mix well and place in greased casserole dish (uncovered) in 350 degree oven, 45 minutes. Serve with noodles. |
