2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
3 tbsp. peanut butter

Melt in double boiler. Take from heat. Add 1 small can shoestring potatoes and 1 cup chopped pecans. Drop from spoons onto waxed paper. Takes about 2 hours to set.
